Gary Wiener, Director of Litigation Services, is an attorney and electronic discovery consultant who focuses on developing effective strategies for managing electronic discovery, and helping clients use technology effectively in their law practices. Mr. Wiener works to ensure that the production process - from receipt to delivery and customer support - is as streamlined as possible. This allows LLM to provide the quickest possible turnaround time and help create a driving force behind the growth and expansion of LLM's services and products. Mr. Wiener knows the importance of customer satisfaction, and will help to ensure that the customer service provided by LLM is unmatched in the industry.

Mr. Wiener's passion for electronic document management stemmed from his years of experience as a trial lawyer, and the frustrations he experienced first-hand in managing and cataloguing large document productions. After retiring from the practice of law, Mr. Wiener decided to combine his passion for computer technology with his litigation experience, and to provide a unique but valuable perspective to today's litigation teams, who must manage larger document universes with each passing year. Mr. Wiener launched the digital litigation department for a Houston service bureau, after which he relocated to San Antonio to join the LLM team.

Mr. Wiener is a member of the State Bar of Texas and a former Director of the Travis County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. He is a frequent CLE author and presenter, and holds many electronic discovery industry certifications, including certification as an Oracle database administrator. He earned his degrees in Journalism and Law from the University of Texas at Austin.
