Electronic Discovery
LLM can process hundreds of different types of native files, including entire e-mail accounts (such as Outlook, Lotus Notes and GroupWise). We recognize that litigation presents its own unique circumstances and challenges, such as dealing with foreign languages or overcoming security-locked files. LLM meets with the client to determine their goals for the electronic discovery project and help determine the best methods of achieving those goals. We can help you determine the most appropriate electronic discovery processing parameters, including the areas of de-duplication and filtering.
OCR & Coding
LLM is accustomed to working with various types of data and documents. Therefore, LLM users can provide
documents in various electronic formats or in paper form. LLM can receive electronic documents via
e-mail, FTP or CD. If the files received by LLM are not fully searchable, we will OCR the files before
they are coded and loaded into the system. All paper documents that are provided to LLM to be uploaded
are scanned and OCRed before they are coded and loaded on Liquid Lit Manager. This allows the user to
have fully searchable documents on the system. LLM ensures the accuracy of every step of the process.
Coding will all be completed domestically, in San Antonio, Texas, by individuals with legal experience.
